We're moving!
Well after months of looking and thinking we wanted to build we stumbled on this little gem. We signed the contract today and hope to close April 25th. It's a 3 yr old home in a new subdivision in Tolono, IL. Tolono and the house is just 6 miles south from where we live now in Savoy so no major change. The school district is better than Champaign and we have access to all the major surrounding highways so we can shoot up to the north side of Champaign quicker than driving through it as we do now. The previous owner had 2 little girls as well and so it's basically ready to move in. Here's some pictures and a link to a virtual tour, which I hope continues to stay up for all to see.

Oh my gosh thats so awesome, and I bet it costs like $200,000 or less huh? Do you know what that would cost in AZ? Like $500,000, mostly because of all the nice grass and large lot. I'm happy for you I need to call you

I can't believe you are moving only 6 miles away from us and that puts you in a different ward altogether! Well it looks beautiful and I am sure you are so excited! We will miss seeing alyssa walk by our place and the fun play times we had with her...
